3. Client-Side Architecture & Privacy

JSON Empire is engineered as a client-side web application. All data transformations, parsing, validation, formatting, and strongly-typed model generation execute locally in your web browser. You acknowledge that:

• JSON Empire does not receive or store your JSON payloads on its web servers.
• You are solely responsible for backing up your source data before transformation.
• Closing your browser window will erase all unsaved working buffers from volatile browser memory.

4. Prohibited Uses & Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the integrity or security of our web infrastructure through denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, brute-forcing, or malicious payloads.
• Using automated bots, crawlers, or scrapers to extract or republish the proprietary content, branding, or educational articles of JSON Empire without written permission.
• Attempting to bypass, disable, or tamper with third-party advertising units or security protections.
• Using the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, state, national, or international law.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The JSON Empire brand, logo, domain, custom CSS design system, user interface designs, educational SEO articles, and website source code are the exclusive intellectual property of JSON Empire and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, replicate, clone, or create derivative works of the JSON Empire platform architecture or website layout without express written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties ("AS IS")

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

• Warranties that generated code (TypeScript, Python, Go, Rust, Java, Dart, Swift, Kotlin, C#) will be 100% bug-free or compatible with all third-party compiler versions.
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from server downtime.

Developers are strongly encouraged to inspect, validate, and unit-test all auto-generated code and data structures before deploying them into production environments.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall JSON Empire, its developers, operators, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including, without limitation, loss of data, business interruption, loss of profits, compiler failures, or API crashes) arising out of or in connection with your access to, use of, or inability to use the Service.
